what was the first ever kol track you heard? with all the threads on the new album, i figure i'd sorta unearth some tamed obsessions in anticipation of the new material.
mine was molly's chambers. i heard it while browsing youtube vids.

Molly's Chambers, my sister's birthday in 2003, she had friends round and was putting on this pop cd, and i remember seeing their name and being like ooooh! Random!

Molly's Chambers. I hated it at first and I hated the video and I hated the Kings, I thought they were trying to have a gimmick with their 70s style and facial hair. I would never have guessed that they would become my favourite thing ever.

Four Kicks i think. I remember my brother showing me the video cos he thought it was really cool(which it is! ). And i believe he also wanted me to see if i could understand a word Caleb was saying. Of course i couldn't! So yeah i loved that and then i put ASH on my i-Pod and fell in love!

Listened to AHA straight through. My sister gave me the cd for a road trip. I was without any idea of who they were. By the second note in King of the Rodeo, I was hooked.

Red Morning Light for me too.
It was the intro song for FIFA 2004 which was out in 2003, so it was a looong time ago.

The Bucket - it was on a compilation disc a friend of mine had. I kind of light it but it wasn't until I heard both of the albums that were out at the time that I got really hooked. it all went so well together!!

Molly's Chambers or The Bucket. But I think it was Molly's Chambers.

I think Molly's Chambers - I heard it and on the first listen I kinda liked it but didn't go much further than that. Then later my guitar teacher taught me The Bucket and I fell in love (with the Kings, not my guitar teacher)

Molly's Chambers - because of the VW commercial. The first entire song was Red Morning Light though.
