Agreed. They are unbelievalbly crap.. Do they not realise The Kings couldn't do a whole dance and show even if they wanted to because they are ACTUALLY working hard to get their tough to play music right. If you play the same few chords for every song to the same beat and the same bass of course you can put on a frickin show but you sound shit. The kings however work for it and sound perfect. They concentrate and it shows. Well said. I mean we thought we'd never hear Ragoo live, right? and when did I hear that it made me 439039408x more happy than them doing a "dance" and playing a few chords would. Exactly! They are bands, bands play music. Dancers dance. When I go to a gig I want to hear the music I love, played well, not see people playing music badly, but getting a bit of a dance in the meantime. This comment - "Ed knows where it’s at. Kings of Lame are lame. They write boring songs with no guitars. Hoosiers at least play their own instruments and write pop songs that will stand the test of time. TIME! In 29 years they will in the rock and roll hall of fame." HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.. I saw that comment it was so funny, but i have to say i think whoever posted that comment may just be taking the piss, to say the Kings dont play instruments is just plain stupid! Ben is right. Also, the Kings may seen arrogant sometimes but when you think about it they don't even have the guts to cover any one else's songs.. they are modest in that respect. And there is no way in hell that they would EVER say anything about another band like what the Hoosiers have said about them. They are above it to be honest. most of the reason bands play covers is because they get asked to and they are usually (and yes..ther are exceptions..pearl jam) to win crowds over a-la Jay-Z at glastonbury. |

The Hoosiers rocked of course!!! They are right, at least they are making some contribution to new music, unlike the kings of Leon - they have nothing new or intersting. Nothing comes close to goodbye mr A or "Worried about Ray" <-- my fave song.

Dunno if this has already beted out or anything (and correct me if im wrong) but with regards to the nominations for the nme awards this year the kings of leon were nominated for best band and best album and the hoosiers were nominated for worst band and worst album....i know awards and nominations dont mean everything abd certainly dont prove if a band is great or not but the hoosier front-man-super-man-wannabe needs to learn how to deal with his jealousy i thinks!!

how hilarious!! i can't even get angry with the guy from the Hoosiers because its just too funny. the fact that he tries to use the Kings to get the band some recognition is quite funny, sad but yet funny. i doubt KOL will be remotely affected by this

I watched abit of t4 this morning and they were showing highlights of t4 on the beach..........the hoosiers were absolute poo! Also everyone ...for their gigs they love everybody to dress in fancydress?! whats that all about?!
