Yay we witnessed the incident lol! My god was his voice on form that night, they were all on fire!!!
I love his voice in Day Old Blues cause at the BLOOOHOOOOOOOOOO bits it starts going but he carries on nonetheless. Genius.

I don't know where to put this, but I can never tell which guitar parts Caleb is playing in the songs?? Until I see them live.. neither can i :/ my rule of thumb is if it's fast and quick and rhythmic like then it's caleb, if it's more twirly and crunchy then it's matt. kinda works. |

His voice in Spiral Staircase at the start, if you watch him in videos the way he used to sing it it's like he's snarling and his voice sounds sooo good!

I agree with Milk! It was the first song I properly got obsessed with and I would say if it wasn't for Milk I wouldn't appreciate ASH so much. Definitely the gem on that cd!

I am constantly amazed at how well he sings live.
He hits the notes, he keeps in tune, he sustains through the whole gig.
And then on top of all that, he has one of the best vocal sounds and styles I've ever heard.
Major props to Mr. Followill.

i love his voice on day old blues... amazing! & on joe's head his accent on some of the words!! wow & i love red morning light, its one of my favourites, his voice on it is so good and i love it like half way through its sounds like he can't be arsed, haha love it |

Isn't it fab....it really is just the 'can't be arsedness' but the quiet "givin all your cinnamon" bit in the middle....oh god, the quiet mumbling thing is just a KILLER....
