The sneeze just makes it cooler to me, that they r normal guys. The Knocked Up performance was amazing with all the crowd singing it... same with On Call as well. I'm not being silly now but they are easily, by a country mile THE best band and live act in the world today. Chili Peppers/Muse/The Strokes/Foo Fighters/QOTSA/Green Day are all great acts and I've seen and enjoyed them all but KOL just are that step above them. They don't have to talk to the crowd, they don't have to dance about on stage but they still entertain as much as anybody else. There's a sign of how good their performances are. \ I agree -they don't need to have any props or stuff like Muse and their extravagant light shows and they don't need to talk to keep us enthralled. They're class live and it's the little things that make it so good. Like Jared's constant face pulling while bassing, Nate's blowing bubbles with his strawberry gum, Caleb's little dances with his guitar and Matt's complete stillness while playing an amazing solo-those are the things that you don't forget and that you'll be talking about forever. Plus they sound better live than on CD. Just amazing..... But i have seen Bruce Springsteen 3 times live and no-one performs like him. He's a legend and gets my vote for best live act. KOL are a close second! totally agree, bruce is defo the best entertainer i have ever seen.

wow guys i came off here on friday night and there was 2 pages and i come on here today and theres 19!!! your comments were brilliant, for those that couldnt watch it you kept them all up to date! amazing! I have to say i was so nervous for them, then i started to get angry at the shittiness of the bbc coverage so much i was gonna turn it off! then it happened they came on and i was hooked. Caleb sounded amazing his voice was on top form, he did look a wee bit nervous for the first couple of songs but thats to be expected, couldnt believe they played wasted time i just about woke my whole house up i was screaming that much, they were just brilliant so tight as a unit they played their hearts out, Jared was working that bass like his life depended on it (maybe didnt want another death stare from Caleb! LOL ) Matt has evolved in to a guitar god and Nathan...well what can you say about Nathan he is the coolest man alive! Reviews that i read kept banging on that Caleb didnt speak to the crowd much, im sorry but artists that have too much time to talk to a crowd dont have much material! what he said was fine he greeted the crowd had a small conversation with them, that was enough for me! the kings let their music do the talking!! Finally I just wanted to add that the BBC are a shower of wankers! last year they played pretty much the whole Arctic monkeys set and the Killers and because in there eyes they do not feel that KOL are a huge headline act so we get Laurene Laverne who is the biggest pain in the arse ever to grace the T.V! and some guy called Mark who was obviously more interested in Jimmy Cliff than anything else. What happened to Zane Lowe and Edith Bowman?? probably decided to do the right thing and go and watch the greatest band in the world perform! BBC sort it out mate! Sorry i droned on but i feel better for that!
