it depends on how much of the album they have done... they recorded ASH very quickly cause they had all but 3 songs written and done, i think i heard they recorded most of it in one take, or "live" is the word they used.

Caleb said in one of the Glasto interviews that this is the quickest they've ever written an album. I remember he said back around Christmas that he didn't have any lyrics done at that point, and the band just had song ideas kicking around. But what's really suprising is that the record label are getting it out there so quickly. They sat on BOTT for nearly a year! I guess they're just capitalising on KOL's profile right now - striking while the iron's hot an' all that...KOL must be a joy to work with compared to other bands and their 'difficult second/third/fourth albums'  |
