could be! It's so unclear, but it does sound like prophecy, doesn't it? They way he says 'blue' is so weird I keep wondering if he's saying something else, but that really wouldn't make sense!

Listened to it about 100 times now, and think we've pretty much got it all apart from the 2 lines with question marks at the end. See you all in Paris on Tuesday!!!! (still pissed off Brixton Academy sold out so quickly.....was on at 9am when tickets went on sale but no joy...looks like the touts have won again!! £150 for a pair of tickets, lucky they're so f*****g good)!!!
I like to Dance all night some of the day that’s how I play yeah that’s how I play I said who are you no matter who your are and so you dance all night and dance all day I said hey I said hey
We gonna build a fire gonna stoke it up we're gonna sip this wine and pass the cup in these avenues in these resevoirs we're gonna show this town how to kiss these stars
I said hey I said hey
Were gonna hunt to kill gonna Skin the hide the young mans grief and the the way I ride I never -----------------?? I never -----------------?? It's all for you for what you found
I said hey I said hey I said hey I said hey
Just gonna take your hand and gonna drive you home just gonna keep on keep on keep on and live forever after

Listen to Crawl again. He does NOT say "the red and the white and the blue"...
He says "the red and the white and ABUSED."

Okay, here's my take on the lyrics to crawl having read everything in this thread and listened to the song a few more times. An ellipsis (...) signifies a missing lyric. Hopefully we've almost figured the lyrics out. That said I could be very off but I feel like some of them seem to fit better.
You fall, my pride Don’t they ever need to apologise As your lips unfold Shaken purple from the cold
You better learn to crawl You better learn to crawl Before I walk away Before I walk away
You broke my mouth The …’s are spitting now Your fame, unscathed The one that’s counting down the days
He wants to see you crawl He wants to see you crawl Before I walk away Before I walk away
The reds and the whites and Abused The crucified USA
As every prophecy unfolds Our hell is chilling in its way
The wrath … They’re searching for an alibi As we wait the wrath They never went to Sunday Mass
They want to see us crawl They want to see us crawl Before they walk away Before they walk away
The reds and the whites and abused The crucified USA As every prophecy unfolds Our hell is chilling in its way
Edit: I'm going to take a look at Manhattan now since I have nothing better to do...

Okay I think the begining of Manhattan might be more like this...
I like to Dance all night And some of the day That’s how I play That’s how I play I said who are you No matter who you are So we danced all night And danced all day I said hey I said hey
And I think it might be "won't let you frown" instead of "watch you frown". Not sure about the rest though... Will give it another shot some other time.

In Manhattan I think it sounds like "Gonna fuel this fire/gonna stoke it up". Great job though everyone! Can't wait to find out how right/wrong we all are! xxx

I thought he was saying "And I'll stay" instead of "I said hey" That's what it sounds like to me at least

Hello, Here are my stabs at the new song lyrics: CRAWL:My fall my pride Don't ever need to apologize Suddenly I'm fallin' Shakin' cause the crime is callin' You better learn to crawl You better learn to crawl While I walk away While I walk away You broke my mouth While you sing aloud Stop playing our games The ones whose counting down the days We want to see you crawl We want to see you crawl While I walk away Before I walk away The red the white and the blue Crucified to a safe (Or "Who's to fight USA") Another hypocrisy unfurled I heard another silly earner's wage We're at the line (or "lie") Obsessing for an alibi Just waved around Remember when the sun grew mounds We want to see em crawl We want to see em crawl While I walk away While I walk away The red and the white and the blue Who's to fight USA *Clip cuts off* MANHATTAN:I like dance all night Through sunny days (Or "daze") That's how I play See that's how I play No matter who are you No matter who you are I said dance all night And dance all day I said hey I said hey Don't putrify Those rosy lips We're gonna sip this wine And pass the cup We need not ever lose This record a while We're gonna show this town How to hit these stars I say hey I say hey Gonna hunt to kill Gonna skin to hide The old man's weed (Or "will") And that way I'm high Gonna humph gonna be aloof Never front a bow This is all for you Or what you found I say hey I say hey I say hey I say hey The spoon's in tangled bells And don't invite you harm The storm is tip on tip on tip on And live forever * Clip cuts off * Sincerely, JamiroFan2000 i thnk its , i like to dance all night, and soma the day

If those lyrics are right, Crawl has more biblical meaning than political. Go KOL!

Hi all.. because i simply have nothing better to do at work here is my take on Crawl.. There is one line im pretty unsure about (asterisk next to it).. I've listened to like 3 versions.. and this is what i've come up with: You fault, my pride Don’t ever need to apologize As your lips unfold Shaken purple from the cold You better learn to crawl You better learn to crawl Before I walk away Before I walk away You broke my mouth The bloody things it’s spitting now *not too sure on this line… It's your faith, unscathed The one that’s counting down the days He wants to see you crawl He wants to see you crawl Before I walk away Before I walk away The reds and the whites and Abused The crucified USA As every prophecy unfolds Oh hell its surely on its way The wrath, No Fly They’re searching for an alibi As we await the wrath They never went to Sunday Mass They want to see us crawl They want to see us crawl Before they walk away Before they walk away The reds and the whites and the abused The crucified USA As every prophecy unfolds Oh hell its surely on its way

Hi guys, newbie here! Been a member for a while but just never posted. Felt the need today though, think I've discovered something that no-one else has spotted........... in Manhattan I thinks its 'Your parents dream, aint the way I ride' ? Also it could possibly be 'Tell me who are you, no matter you are' ? What does everyone think? I must admit I have to give my sister most of the credit for this but I tend agree with her and the more you listen with those words the more the song makes sense. Chow for now :-)
