South Cheshire, but thats ok for Blackpool & Liverpool, we had a four hour journey to see em in Liverpool 2004. Just checked out distances from mine, 108 miles to Norwich & 56 to Lincoln, so its not quite so "get in" but will be going to both. Infact your right why Norwich? its miles from anywhere. Nottingham or Birmingham is my 1st choice, well after our back garden.

yeah it isnt so bad, its like 45mins from manc, thats where i normally go to gigs. and yeah very close to liverpool, that liverpool gig in 04 was hell i almost passed out and that was before the kings had even stepped on the stage, it was like a sauna in there, we were right at the front but i had to go outside to get some water, when we walked back in the heat just hit you. i think they cranked it up. people were walking out of there like they had been swimming in all their clothes.
yeah i think i might get tickets to lincoln. i normally go to gigs in nottingham as well. actually im situated quite well, notts, man, liverpool, blackpool, stoke (for smaller gigs), i really shouldnt complain.
apparetly the engine shed has a capacity of 1400, that is also tiny.

seen em about 6 times now and they have all been nuts. Liverpool was great their 1st song and that was it I lost the other 3 I was with till about half way through, was at the front but couldn't hack it towards the end & moved to the back, must be getting old.

LOL dont worry i went towards the back after about 4 songs. LOL it was a crazy gig i got into a fight with this midget girl, she wasnt actually a midget she was just very short and started kicking off with me because i was moving to the front.
i think i can make it as far as lincoln, last time i saw them was newcastle that was a trek and a half and we didnt even have tickets.

cant believe how random these places are. maybe this is a random tour with weird places before a big proper one in summer (after exams!?!??) here's hoping. i can only go to lincoln, thats all uni will allow, annoying but at least im seeing them. i feel so weird inside, like life is finally back to normal. fuck. so excited. oh my god. random though. aaaahhh so weird!!!!!!!!!!

There's absolutely no chance of a manchester gig sian. i phoned the apollo who said they can't take them cos james Morrison is booked for a few days at the time they're over here. the apollo said that they couldn't fill it (doubtful in my opinion) and the academy's say they are too big a band (true in my opinion) for their guest limits. Think I have to find a way to Norwich then.

LOL i meant to be in NY that week i think, is that the week after the week valentines day is in? does that make sense. if it is then i might have to fly to NY on the tues morning from heathrow. if it isnt then bonus, i can do both. im gonna go book a travel lodge room and im on my way, can anyone tell me where the astoria is? Astoria is just on/off Tottenham Court road in town - it is closing to become a shopping mall next year. There will be a HUGE arena tour next year prob to coincide with the album launch - you mark my words, so if you missed out this time round, don't worry! It will be shit tho - far too big!

i dunno if the kings will do an arena tour to be honest, american bands tend to be more humble than uk ones. like the cocky shits razorlight who have just released another arena tour and are playing the men in manc which hold 15,000. yeah im not that bothered good things happen to those who wait. thats what i keep telling myself, might get tix nearer the time anyway of ebay. Gabby, i think that lincoln is nearer. Did the apollo really say that they wouldnt fill it, thats insane. they so would, last time they did 2 nights there and it was sold out for both, and U2 were playing at the city of stadium, and motorhead at the men. so of course they would fill it. nice research tho. i think they will play the apollo for their proper tour, did you tell them the dates or did it sound like their management had been enquiring about them playing there? oh and you need to come around these parts more often, karma for the post!
