Oh yeah, here may be another reason why we find these boys so attractive. We, as a population, are drawn to things and people who are aesthetically pleasing to the eye, since we are biologically hard wired to believe that these are the best choices to mate with. Beauty says (in a biological, and not so much literal sense) 'I'm clean, disease free, and can bring forth healthy offspring'. If a musician, especially a male, is skinny and "pretty", then the women are kept slobbering. Maybe women are attracted to a "reflection of themselves"..........

Yeah, I read somewhere that humans are attracted to other humans with strong immune systems...so as to produce strong and healthy offspring...so these guys must have the fittest immune systems around, then.

true - we victims of our own society - we are attracted to people who personify the characteristics we want, not what we already have, ironically this actually gives us less chance of finding an appropriate partner who is willing to mate. The subconsious, primal instint inside of us finds it hard to repel beauty unless we are the ones who inhabit beauty itself.
