MollyMcBender... it was my roommate that deleted her post!!! She always uses my computer and forgets to sign me out and her into the forum... so she was posting stuff under my name last night but then she realized it and deleted them!! Sorry that your comment doesn't fit now!! Aahh! Sorry - I thought I'd upset you! I'd been subjecting myself to a prolonged course of self-flagellation as punishment!

What in the world are you talking about with this "aren't the best" comment? These are WONDERFUL my dear! I'm quite fond of all the Matt pictures. Is it just me, or does it seem like their stage presence has improved 110%? Haha. Aw well thank you Yeah, I got so many of Matt because I was sitting on his side of the stage. Oh and I agree, I do think their stage presence has improved.

This is a review I just read from the Atlanta show, I thought it was pretty great! Kings of Leon Blazing guitars, heart-pounding bass lines and edgy vocals about wild parties and heartbreaking girls — not exactly what someone would expect from three sons and the nephew of a Southern preacher man. Don’t let their religious upbringing fool you. Kings of Leon are out to preach a different gospel: the reawakening of rock’n’roll in the United States. The band, comprised of the Tennessee-born Followill brothers — Jared, Caleb and Nathan — along with cousin Matthew, declared their return to the South in front of a packed Fox Theatre last week. Kicking off their set with the thumping arena rocker “Black Thumbnail,” the Kings set the tone for an incredible two hours of rock. Still, the Southern boys mixed up the evening with the slow, romantic “Milk” and the acoustic guitars on “Fans.” Kings of Leon offered something for everyone, keeping the crowd on their toes. From the dancing grooves of “My Party,” or the skuzzy, hard-hitting yells and guitar riffs on “Charmer,” to the Southern twang of “Trani,” the Kings performed an unforgettable set of more than 20 songs. With the flashes of hundreds of lights, four huge disco balls and the band’s energetic and tenacious playing, the concert was truly an event. The Followills knocked the crowd out during their encore with “Knocked Up,” the beautiful seven-minute epic of two lovers on the run. Finally saying good-bye with lightning-like pace on “Slow Night, So Long,” lead singer Caleb thanked the crowd for their Southern hospitality and told them how great it felt to be home.
