Haha, like we're his older brothers or anything: ''Johanna, we wish you the best of luck with our little Matt, but if you hurt him ... we WILL track you down and chase you with torches and pitchforks"

I once had this cheesy conversation with a guy and he asked me what place he'd get in my top ten - most beautiful guys in the world. I said he would be third, after Julian and Nick. But that was a few years ago, now that guy probably wouldn't be in my top ten anymore.

But that's a good thing, isn't it? I mean, he could be my pre-teen-father, so it's kinda wrong to find him attractive. You on the other hand have the perfect age, so you don't need any excuse. Drool away, I'd say.

It's different..it's nothing like the first two records.. I had to get used to it a bit...I dont like it as much as the first two.
Also you should check out Albert Hammond Jr's solo album..I love his songs.

At first I didn't like Albert's voice that much, but when I saw him live, he was extremely great! You can tell he has worked hard on his singing, and it paid off.
Oh and I agree, First Impressions of Earth isn't that great as Is This It, but I do like it. It's refreshing, the Strokes created a new style for themselves. There are some great songs on it.

I love the fact that they're trying new stuff, like Julian playing extra drums on Evening Sun. And the song Red Light is a masterpiece, I seriously think that album would be so much bleaker without that track.
