Of course, they also list Pete Wentz as #25, which totally destroys any credibility they have, at least in my opinion. What a tool. Anyway, Perez's real name is Mario Lavandeira, and he does get between 4 and 5 million web hits per day on his site. The article goes on to say how Jenny Owen Youngs said her songs were played 60,000 times in one day due to an endorsement from Perez. I consider him and Pete both semi-retarded, and wouldn't personally do anything that would benefit either of them in any way. By the way, YouTube was listed 3rd, Myspace 2nd, and the most influential person in online music......Steve Jobs.  |

despite that i go onto perezhilton.com quiet frequently (hey! im from australia, i needa dose of hollywood when theres no goss at school!) i must say its so damn sad how some people actually live to make public their dissing and teasing...its ironic how perez takes the piss out of pretty much everyone for a lotta stuff, often even looks, wen hes gross himself! its entertaining, but u know, i like laughing at his stupidity in how much time he invests doing so!

The only issue I have with the original thread post is that the negative remarks diamondd quotes are from the "Comments" section of the blog post. So they weren't made by Perez Hilton or his staff. They were made by some random reader of his blog. You can't really condemn Perez Hilton (despite the crap he peddles) for the comments of his readers.

C'mon now... you go from talking about the best band that probably is out there today... and then saying that amy winehouse is goddess of modern soul and that her album is amazing. Im pretty sure her album is far from 'amazing'. She doesnt even show up to her own concerts. And just so you know.. the kings arnt to fond of her anyways... notice how at the end of this video Jared says... I never said that Jared had any influence on my strong dislike of her awful music. And I wasnt referencing Perez as the one who dissed KOL.. I said it was a 'blogger'... someone who commented on the article and photo. And im not telling everyone to loathe Amy Winehouse. Im just saying it because I do, and she sucks.
