Yay! Someone who agrees! lol I mean I totally understand that they're human and have off days or whatever, but I wasn't even really speaking to Caleb, he was just standing next to me a literally shoved me out of his way because he couldn't see dynamo performing tricks! You don't do that to girls! I'm sure his momma wouldnt be pleased! The rest of the guys were nice, Jared wasn't thrilling but he wasn't rude like Caleb. I think the reactions on here are mostly because we don't want them to be that way. We all know Caleb is an ass, we just don't want him to be, but he knows he is too. And why are we all so quick to criticise any female on here, like kimberley stewart when we haven't met her for ourselves?? meh...meh...meh That is such a shame about your experience. I agree with some people say here, because I've met a few people that I absolutely worshipped (not any of the KoL) and it was a bit disappointing. Of course they are never going to be like the picture you have in your head, and occassionally they're just not going to be nice at all. But in Caleb's defence - I don't think he ever really makes out that he's the world's nicest person. I think he's pretty honest about who he is/what he's like. But if he did push you then that is out of order and if I were in your shoes he wouldn't be my favourite person either. However - Kimberley Stewart. Urgh. Let's not even go there. Leave that to Caleb eh? |

And it wasn't drugs either. He was just weird. Don't take it personally. Actually, you should be proud that you had a brush with the real Caleb. I don't think he does things to be rude; he just doesn't know any better! I think he's more of a dog. Heh. I'm so excited Caleb might be in love!  Maybe he'll stop shoving people around. lololol I had to hold myself back from sending him a letter and gushing about how great it is that he might be in love. He's never in love for very long. went to glasgow gig was amazin..totally blew me away ..then afterwards matthew..caleb and nathan came out and signed stuff and took pictures..we stood waitin 4 jared in the rain and wen he did come he walked straight onto the bus..we shouted but he didnt wave nothin.  i tried to catch my train after, waited all that time 4 him and he didnt do anythin..mised ma train got a taxi..someone asked caleb if he enjoyed the gig and he said we are the best crowd in the world |

We all know Caleb is an ass, we just don't want him to be, but he knows he is too. woh woh woh. when did it get assumed that caleb is an ass and jared isnt thrilling?! id say a good word to describe jared is thrilling, the times ive met him hes been really funny and really nice to us all, and generally fun to talk to. and caleb, i really really wouldnt say he's an ass at all! i dont know whats happened this tour but i dont think its a true representation at all... ahh this is bad news! im not even sure what i want to say anymore, i just dont like this horrible perception people are having of them, as it used to be so good! but they are definitely great people!! |

Maybe on this tour they've reached a certain level of fame that has made things a bit different? I haven't met any of them so I don't know what they were like before, but there were probably a lot less people/demands on them during the other tours. It really is the same old story - when bands start out they are thrilled when fans approach them and have time for them. But at the level they're at now, it's not like it's possible to make time for everyone. Imagine constantly having cameras going off in your face and things shoved at you to sign. Cut them some slack.

WOW.me myself havent met any of the kings but i can say that i would agree with the two sides.on one side we have the dissapointed fans who expected more of their fav band and were let down because there not what they thought,but at the same time we have kol who have been endlessly working there asses off probably havent gotten a break or time to relax and tensions are most likely to be high considering there probabley spending every waking hour with eachother which in my opinion would be tough i cant even spend a day cooped up with my fam it would drive me up the wall,but anyway thats besides the point all im saying is YES that was rude of caleb to not say sorry for shoving you..but still we're not all perfect we're all guilty of being rude at some stage no? at the end of the day its there career ,they make there money from it ,there only human,but at the same time they shouldnt forget who put them in there postion ...its ying and yang... |

sel/skatf/lady - agree with you all, they are all really nice people, everyone has an off day once in a while. and they really do appreciate their fans, even if they don't always want to sign stuff after shows.
they were all in a great mood on sunday - probably coz they'd just had a day off. if any of us had their lifestyle i think we'd get a bit knackered/grumpy sometimes too.

Yup. Another thing: any time you wait out in the rain to see them, there's a big chance they're just gonna walk by. I waited in the rain in Lincoln (Nebraska) and nearly caught pneumonia and really didn't think I would see them, but they finally spilled outta their bus. (I was their only fan there. lolol) I think they go above and beyond whenever they stop to sign something or take pics. (Not just the Kings. Anybody!) So when you stand out in the rain, you're really gambling, in my opinion. Am I not making sense? I don't feel like I'm making sense! |

I'm not sure if the american show are different becuase they are not nearly as huge here but I have hung out with them both times they were in phoenix and was pleasently suprised.
My wife went to high school and I partied with one of there female cousins.
Nathan is definately the most laid back. At one of the shows he and the drummer from the stills were hanging out in the crowd before the show.
I dont think many people there other than the true fans evan recognised them.
Caleb was always stand offish.
Jared and Matt were so much younger than me didnt have much to talk about.
I can see where Caleb could be considered eccentric for sure.

ive met them a couple of times and is theres anyone who is the most sweetest, nicest and funniest its Jared. God everytime weve met him he has been super duper sweet and just great. The other guys are nice to, but there is definately no one nicer than Jared! and i really doubt that has changed.

Don't ever take anything like that personally, though. He didn't come out to say hi to me in Nebraska. (I was mad at him at the time, though, so I didn't care; now I wish I'd met him.) He was prolly worried about his hair. Actually, I don't know anything about Jared, but I betcha he misses his womenfolk... like his girlfriend and his mom and Derek. Hehehehehe. He was prolly feelin' homesick.  I betcha all the fans lined up there made him feel better, though. |
