in the "credits" in the youth and young manhood "booklet", it says "kol would like to thank......Nacho "Dirty Danny" Guillermo"
so i'm guessing his last name is Guillermo ;)xx

erm....? there is a followill in red light knights, i think, because one of them is a step brother to the boys, but whether there are two or not i could not say....xx

im pretty sure the lead singer from rlk is nacho's real brother. and his last name is followill so i guess that would mean nacho's is too... if all of this is true.

I don't think you can dismiss it quite that easily the protaganist on seeing Joes fat friend could have decided that he looked like a Fred and even if that wasn't his name he would have to accept it as you don't argue with someone with a gun whos just killed someone.
