The first opener, the Kings of Leon, was, how you say, sub-par....This was only their first or second night out on tour, and you could tell they were a lil green to the whole touring thing. They looked like they were straight from the 70's, and should have been a lot better sounding. First off, they had undeterminable lyrics (we could only make out one word: marijuana). Second, they played about 10 songs that sounded exactly the same. In addition to wasting 40 minutes of our time, their bassist was about the damn weirdest person alive. While playing, he trotted around like a 12 year old girl in a jazzercise class making undistinguishable faces ranging from retardation and chicken-like, to orgasmic.
