I don't know how wide spread it could be, but if its still happening its most likely a problem with her Java. The smilie buttons on here are Javascript I only found out yesterday when I installed a script blocker, as I've had a few viruses through nasty Java scripts) Keeping Java up to date also helps run programs like limewire quicker. Have a look at www.java.com/en/ you can upgrade fom there and it may help but I can't promise anything.
