Okay... now I've watched that a couple times and I must say video clip isn't a kings of leon thing  But once again thank you very much for uploading Soho! i can't watch it. hopefully it'll be on youtube soon. and yes, i think videos aren't a KOL thing. which isn't a bad thing cause some performers are all about the video and then live, there's nothing. at least we know that's not the case with our Kings I like KoL's videos, I think they're great (with the exception of On Call). Havent seen this Charmer one yet though - I don't have a tv at uni. |

hmmm... I kind of like the crazy, haha. Although, I think instead of just a completely empty auditorium, they should have maybe had just one person in there - the "charmer." That might have gotten the point across a bit better, that they hyponotized/being made to perform. Like if they had a girl sitting there, watching them, and showed her during "she's such a charmer" and then cut back to caleb for "OH NO!" and he was all crazy. Or maybe that doesn't make any sense. Yeah that does make sense! You should've directed their video! I think they could've done so much more with the concept but obviously, as they said, they decided against it. Oh well! |

I was just thinking, I wouldnt even mind if they made all videos like they made The Bucket.
KOL in every possible angle.

YES!!!!!! iv seen the video twice today on MTV2 and thanks Soho  but i agree they could've done a better video but i ain't complaining it's better than nothing! and i agree with Sephora i love the bucket video, trying to work out whose eye that belonged to |

But well, at the same time I don't think Kings' videos are such great videos I can't stop watching them hehe. But the point is that they are incredibly amazing live so I can pretty much understand why I don't love them 'acting' |

I loved it! I think KOL do great videos (again, with the exception of On Call - everyone's allowed an off day). I don't have a problem with performance videos....I really love to watch them play, and I like that they're keeping the focus on the music, not on music video shenanigans.
Granted, I could also love it because Caleb is looking very ruggedly handsome these days. And for better or worse, that video is pretty much the Caleb Show, with Nathan, Jared, and Matthew in supporting roles. I don't think I've ever seen the boy exhibit so many facial expressions in 3 minutes.
Also, karma for going to the effort of taping and uploading it!!

I think it looks pretty cool...I love the colors and the editing and they all look great. Say, won't there be a single coming out? Maybe they'll put the video on the disc with the song  Then we can all have it in our hot little hands...  |

hahahaha, i think its funny. i thought they were supposed to be hypnotized. they really didnt show much of that. cool video and all, but that kinda bugs me. maybe because of the bad quality i couldnt tell, but still. i enjoyed it, and karma to you mango.

hmm in undecided i think some bits would hav been cool like when they all go still but every time they do that one of them moves a little and ruins the effect. Calebs so funny in it but i really hope it doesnt become Caleb And The Band

uhh its very performance based! i mean, they might as well of just used some festival footage of KOL performing charmer...
Nathan looks sexy as usual lol!! caleb's eyes are gorgeous..
its funny seeing caleb act...
my fave KOL clip would have to be King of the Rodeo-- its catchy and its not boring...
its such a shame.. i dont want to open a can of worms, but i reckon a film clip can either produce more fans or make potential fans think a band is crap... and wen i say 'fans' i mean people who have never listened to KOL... first impressions are a big deal...
good song.. not so good clip.. but perhaps less is more for such a unique song
