I always assumed "paint your body red and brown" was maybe some sort of southern or old expression for acting wild and quite savagely...like natives or something during a tribal celebration. Come to think of it I think it was used in a book I'm reading. Yeah the narrator was describing a 1920s party where all the teenagers were drinking and dancing the night away.
However, Caleb is singing about stalls and pissing on walls so he could be talking about rubbing blood and shit all over yourself. Ha! That sounds fun!

I love that episode god how stupid can boy's be, my friend was always trying to pull that shit and trying to get us involved I just remember spending ages standing untangling one of those little battery opporated fans out of his hair while being watched by some kids and their parents saying 'I told you so'
