Moving on... I prefer the album version a lot more, even though I'd only heard the EP version for the 1st few months of my KoL appreciation. And I don't understand how it can be a remix, when it was the original song, on the EP.

well.. it's not a remix. people thought it was a remix because they hadn't heard it before, but actually it's just an earlier recording. I like both versions a lot, although on the EP version the singing sounds a lot sadder to me and it gets to me a little more than the album version. The album version has better lead guitar though.

is there an ep version floating about here - i was unaware it was different from the album version i have (i presume by the comments that it is the album version posted earlier).

This alternate version has always been one of my favorite tracks from KOL...it's so pretty, I don't know what's different about it, but I love it...I think Caleb's voice is more delicate and sincere? Whatever it is, it's amazing.
