W'hey, bringin' back the thread!
I'd like to see them put their own personal slant on Purple Haze by Jimi Hendrix. Just to see how they'd approach it, really.

Thats a great one. I'd like to see how Caleb does Hendrix's vocals...the guitar bits would be great obviously I'm one big Hendrix fan.

For some reason I could see them doing "My Girl"by the Temptations. I could see Matt spicing up the guitar, Jared thumping out that bass line, and I think Caleb's raspy voice would put a great spin on it.

I think it would be good if they did 'Soul man' by Sam & Dave.

Would love them to cover something by the Pixies - maybe Where is my mind? or U-mass. Or even Town Called Malice by The Jam - could be interesting!!

'back in black'...i could really see caleb followill howlin' that song rather nicely, he does kinda sorta remind me of bon scott at times...another one i would like to see them cover is the pixies' 'debaser', that would be pretty damn cool.

It would be interesting to hear their version of Joy division's Love will tear us apart. I also agree about Neil Young .
