Okay so I hear the Kings of Leon all the time now as music in tv episodes. I just heard "The Bucket" on Laguna beach. This again makes me wonder how so many people in the US have never heard of them.

not many people pay attention to the music playing during tv shows unless you know who the band is. I think a lot of times it's a lack of appreciation for good music by americans because, (generally speaking) we don't like something unless we're spoon-fed it adn told that it's ok to like

here here. i hear the bucket on all those crappy vh1 shows like the fabulous life and they were on the real world. but yeah they are subtly everywhere

i heard pistols of fire in the background of bbc programme "departure lounge"-about holidays! i was most excited.

Jess I saw that aswell was pretty cool and they have Pistol of Fire as a advert on UKTV.
And Arcade Fire 'Wake Up' on BBC advert.

I hear the strokes all the time on that show Cribs. I think that The bucket was on there quite a few times as well

They must be making some sweet royalties from these programs..... ooh yeah Sad thing is they don't get any royalty money at all from these MTV and Vh1 shows. They can play the songs because its like the radio. I hate it tooo. Vh1 can use their song to promote Strange Love (as they did a while ago) and the kings can't tell them not too. It's like they don't have the right or something. |

Oh god! here is happening the same thing! The bucket is on Mutch music.... and in MTV a lot more than before... and the other day I was making zapping on the TV and in a artistic gym program (  ), when they were showing off the scores you could hear King of the rodeo... so weird.. |
