I woz having a nap...*yawns and rubs eyes* If i plays in real player its probably a decentish format though it may be a huge file if its something like a .wav. Right all you have to do now is a put it on yousendit
1) click this
2) Where it says "Recipient's Email Address:" put your own email adress in there.
3) Press the "browse" button and use it to select your file.
4) Press the "sendit" button.
5) A screen will come up with a blue and white stripey bar in the middle. (do this enough and you'll see this in your sleep) you have to leave this until it changes to a sucsses! message. This can take quite some time and you cqan't do anything else while its uploading.
6) look in your emails there will be a message from yousendit.
7) Open it and copy and paste the link into a message on here
8) Relax you've sent it.
