Every single one of my friends is abandoning me and KoL at V2004 in favour of Muse. Every one except my ex-boyfriend who, for obvious reasons, i'm not thrilled with the idea of watching them with. Tosser.

Will have to try and befriend people around me. I'm such a concert loner.

OH MY FUCKING GOD!!! Thank the lord. That is *exactly* what I am going through with my best friend. He's got a girlfriend & has completely dumped me for her. She's coming to V with us now, oh joy. Hence the reason I will be on my own as I do *not* want to hang around with a loser couple who will be smooching. I hate when couple's stand in front of u at gigs & like hold eachother. Its like MOVE U TWATS! Sorry I feel quite strongly about this lol.

awh honey you'll be absolutely fine! just make sure you have a safe place to meet up with your mates after the gig, because it doesn't really matter if you have anyone to watch the gig with because, you're watching the gig! and if your ex insists on hanging around like a bad smell just widdle your way thru the crowd accidentally on purpose like and lose him eNjOy iT!

I'm sorry about your friend. I take it you don't like the girl. I guess, I really love my cousin's girlfriend actually and she's fabulous... that makes it easier. It's just hard coz he's been mine since the day i was born and now.. I don't like hearing about his sex life.

I know what you mean about couples at concerts. It's sickening. When I was with my boyf I took him to concerts and he once had the cheek to come up behind me and hig me during one of my most favourite songs. I pushed him away. He was angry. But he has to understand that it was not the time or place! In truth, i was trying to forget he was there.

Haha yeah it's a good point about not needing anyone around. It just gets really boring standing around waiting for bands to come on.

Don't feel bad. I went to Bonnaroo alone. I actually drove to tennesee from Dc which took me 11 hours. I stayed at a hotel alone, went to the show alone, and I have to say, it was great. I had no one to make me do anything but be right where I wanted to be and to be honest, I may not have freaked out and danced as much as I did if I had had my friends with me. it was a good time and its been a good thing to remember. Sole adventures are excellent for developing character.

There's one band that none of my friends have heard of so I travel around and see them all on my own. But i've developed friends on the way so i'm rarely all alone the whole night.

When was the last time you saw them? I know what you mean. I have this feeling that once isn't going to be enough. I've been looking to see if I can go to any of the other European festivals or perhaps travel up to the other site to see them again the next day but it's not going to be happening i dont thinks. Kinda sad.

My friend says once is better than none but I say once is not as good as twice.

oh believe me once is never enough!! haha like you watch them once, then you go 'ohh yay they're coming back' a couple months later, see em a couple times on that tour, wait another couple of months, you know you're excited but not overly and then you watch them it's the best as always and then right it's on the next time that they get ya by the balls, and you don't even realise, you don't even realise and then you lwake up one day and go SHIT!! come backkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk i wanna see you play againnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn come back to england now now now now now now now ... that is the point where it is a GOOoooD thing that you are not seeing them again for a while, a li rehab is good *nods* haha and the last time i saw them was ... wait for it a GRAND IMPRESSIVE total of TEn days ago hahahahaha ........ whoops! hehe *books time at the kol rehab house*

The bands I really like... like KoL... I usually go to their whole tour. It's horrible going to just one.
