Yeah, I gots that e-mail. It's annoying when you get those e-mails about gigs etc. in other countries, it makes you frustrated that you can't go

hey i have suffered from agoraphobia and panic attacks at music festivals... go to your doc and get medication... its so easily treated... i feel a hundred times better... if your in amercia they will prescribe you paxil, in the uk its seroxat and in australia its aropax... it works wonders..

yeah...it's a common thing. I get anxiety attacks in claustrophobic or heated areas ie like festivals when im stoned. it's such a pity im too paranoid to get stoned at festivals nowadays.

Cool. I've had that once. I used to get really horrible panic attacks and it completely killed my first 2 years at my school.

Thankyou-but I've been down the medication route not seroxat (medical opinion has swung a long way against it as has been shown as counter indicateing itself in a significant number of cases) I was on a dose of flupenthixol for it, which was good at relieveing anxiety related but did strange things to my mind in general. Erm how can I put this... It made me feel too happy and trusting...not a good place for attending gigs...not the gigs but I wouldn't have had to have had someone there to re-assure me. I'd have had to have someone there to protect me...

WATEVR U DO .. DO NOT .. I REPEAT DO NOT .. TAKE SEROXAT!!! *Nods* its nasty stuff and can no longer be precribed to younger people in the UK (can't remember either under16 or under 18) because it can make people incredibley suicidal.
