Hmm i havent a clue about drums but this is my theory.
Loud music where they hit the drums really hard (like the hiss, black keys) may use a bigger drumstick so they're less likely to break and so they can withstand the pressure of the hard hits. Kings of leons isn't as hard drumming although it can be a bit complicated....maybe small sticks are used for complicated drumming...but then again the black keys drumming is all kinda complicated....aww i'm crap at this.

Kings of Leon rule. I am their uncle. i live in Tennessee. I am their #1 fan. They have been making the family proud. We have lots of love for them and we always knew they would be famous, it was only a matter of time. I have Nathans first set of drums. autographed and everything. Not for sale though.
I am glad that they are loved everywhere. Never will you find better people. Keep supporting them. If u don't like them, SUCK IT!!!! Take care of them when you're with them. Let them party like they were taught by their favorite uncles pnut & super shane.
