Yeah, she was going to. I hope she still can, because my friend who is supposed to be going with us is at work right now, I hope there's still GA left when she can get on and get her ticket.....I wonder how many they released.

i think chicago and bonnaroo are the ones most people are going to so far. i'd love a big meetup this year though! maybe when they release the album everyone can plan one then!
i hope shelly gets her chicago ticket! you'd think if she did she'd be here telling us about it!

Well, congrats to all you guys who got GA tickets, and I really mean that!  I really love all the HA'ers but but I have to say that I'm still a bit offended for basically being reffered to as a lame ass fan in mom jeans for sitting in the seated section.  I'm anything but that!! |

all i meant was that by having a weird presale for citi card holders and no GA at a lot of the shows they are asking for a bad crowd because a lot of SOF fans with citi cards will be grabbing up the presale tix. bands usually feed off of the crowds energy and without GA it totally changes up the energy from the crowd. no need to take things so personally.

Carrie, I don't think they were asking for a bad crowd by doing that at all...why would you think that only SOF fans would have access to the citi card presale??? That doesn't make sense to me. And I know you didn't single me out personally but by saying that fans who sit in the seating section are lame you put me in that catagory and it kinda pissed me off. I just don't understand all the hate for fans who don't get GA tickets. I don't want to be in the pit but I don't call the people who want to be in GA lame  |

tammy- coxy and nik both got seats too and i didn't say they were lame. as i told coxy on twitter there's nothing wrong with seats it all just depends on who is in them. and i dont think only sof fans have citi cards (obviously because several people from here and the offical forum have citi cards and got presale tix) i'm just saying that it really prevents a lot of real fans from getting those tickets too. citi cards aren't held by everyone so it doesn't give us all a fair chance at them.

I'm scared because my best friend was supposed to go with me, and I just made a HUGE mistake by not getting 2 tickets.....because she wasn't able to be on to get them. I could just shoot myself right now.

Carrie, I agree with you that they shouldn't limit the presale to just certain people. I didn't mean for my ranting to be directed only to you because even though we disagree at times I do really like you, but it really hurt my feelings when people were saying the the crowd was going to suck because there was no GA. I apologize if I sounded like a bitch, maybe I'm just really PMS'ing haha, but I just wish people wouldn't judge the crowds and venues so harshly I just want all of us to go to these shows and have a damn good time |

Tbh, i prefer festivals a lot more to just concerts. Simply cuz at a fest, it's all democratic. You wanna stay in front of a stage for 12 hrs, then u get the best view. There is no need to run, punch, get stamped and so on.
i've seen some shit crowds in GA, and some great crowds in GA. So GA is not all amazing all the time. BUt it does brings you closer to the band.

Yeah, I agree Nik. If I'm going to be in GA, I want it to be at a festival....theres just more room to get close to the stage. I just wish I was tall enough to enjoy the GA at a regular concert....I can just never seem to get a good spot when I'm in the pit at smaller venues |
