I don't even listen to sound team or blue october, but i realized if i wanted to be close to the monkeys or AF, i had to stick around. i definitely don't regret missing other bands i could have walked around for. the second arcade fire came on stage, i knew it was worth it. i'm sure i seriously frightened some people around me. there were moments when i had my eyes shut so tight that my eyeballs coulda popped out of my ears. i was clutching my shirt and tapping my heart with my fist. i was screaming at the top of my lungs. i was flailing my body around. i basically looked possessed... i know it all sounds very over-the-top, but honestly, "contrived" is the last word i would use to describe my tears tonight. sorry for the novel, guys! i should stop using this forum as my diary...

Today has been boring, I didn't get up til 1 and haven't done much since.
Yesterday was more eventful!
I went to London to see a friend and go to a party at her's. I had a great time and also met this really nice guy, who I don't think was actually interested in me in any way other than being friendly, but it did make the party more exciting!
I then had to get the train back home late because I didn't want to stay over, would've had to get up really early today. But there were engineering works so I had to get a bus to Barnet. Then got a train to welwyn (sp?). Unfortunately whatever plans the railway people had in place to get us home had by then been really fucked up! They had to get taxis for everyone! So I was in a taxi for about an hour and a half with 4 random men at 2/3 in the morning! I was not that impressed!
But got home fine in the end. The railways can be so crap!

I woke up, watched a movie ('Phileine zegt sorry'). Then I got the message my cute little cousin would come over for a few hours. He's only 1 year old and he's just learning to walk. When he's fully trained, I'm going to make him my very own Nacho, haha. Then I got off to work at the bakery. Was quite exhausting. I also helped my boss's daughter with a birthday present for him. I had to draw the fairies of Winx . Then I got home, ate, and now I'm sitting here, 'doing my homework' ... (not).

sometimes it's kinda cool, 'cause you get to meet a lot of different people. There's this Metal club next to our bakery, and whenever there's a concert or a festival, all the groups and roadies come to our store to buy cookies and stuff, haha. Sometimes they're really famous in the metal-world. I also got invited a few times by band members to watch their show, but I'm not really into that stuff so I had to say no every time. And about my homework: I'm really trying to do it, but I have to listen to a stupid fragment on a CD-ROM but the fckng thing won't play . How am I supposed to do my work now?

Ok I'm going to sum up my weekend instead. My cousin got married yesterday so my family and i drove up to southern Illinois on friday to stay with some relatives (from the other side of the family) that night. They live out in a small po-dunk town, so my cousins took my sister and I out to THE bar. to see how it compares to a big city. it was a lot of fun, and a lot cheaper. afterwards, (at like 1-2 in the morning) we went off-roading on my cousins land. that was quite the experience. i had to pee in the bushes. i dont know if i should share that here. but that was interesting... anyways that was quite the experience because they like drink in the car and litter like its going out of style! i didn't know what to say. ok so the next morning we drove to central ill for the wedding. it was on a campground called 'the funny farm'. in the middle of absolutely nowhere farmland. people camped out at the end of the night. our party favor was a personalized plastic cup for our beer that said "commited to the funny farm". the bar was a beer truck with three spouts (bud, coors, miller). there was flip cup and beer pong. and fireworks. and bonfires. so basically i had a blast. i love having a big family, all from the farm. oh and today was spent sleeping in the car. so that was my weekend. and now i am exhausted and have to go write a spanish paper. fun!

Starting at Midnight last night: I walked home from BRMC, watched TV and talked online for awhile. Went to bed. Woke up too late to attend my morning class, so I went back to bed. Woke up at noon for my second class of the day...got dressed, walked to class, walked to my next class...came home, listened to music for awhile, read a history article, made dinner, ate dinner, killed time on internet, watched South Park, messed around on youtube, finally got around to reading end of history article, attempted to write paper...came on here, and now I shall get back to writing that paper once and for all.
