Hahah yea, we posted at the same time! I wonder which songs are still missing, if Dani said she couldn't think of everything when there's already 26 songs on the setlist! Even though I absolutely love some of the oldies (Spiral Staircase is amazing!!), I was also really pleased to see Revelry & Manhattan. I just love those songs. I want that dvd now, please!

Did you read this already?
''Kings of Leon have just finished their historic set at Slane Castle, Ireland. Their setlist is possibly the best I've ever seen.
According to those who were there, the most emotional part of the concert was Caleb performing a solo version of "The Runner" and dedicating it to their beloved Uncle Cleo, who passed earlier this week. Cleo's image was projected on the huge screens behind Caleb as he performed the song.
MTV.com filmed the gig and will start showing clips of it from 9th June. No doubt, these clips will also be shown worldwide shortly after. More info. This was Slane Castle's 30th Anniversary and what a fitting headline band ~ Kings of the Castle!'' via CTK

Havnt posted on here for a long time, but thought i had to mention calebs solo performance of the 'the runner' last night, i literally cudnt believe what i was hearing, it was one of the best moments of any gig ive ever been too,
dont think they could have done a better tribute to their uncle!
it was a pretty special gig, with a pretty unique setlist, although i didnt come out of it as blown away as i have done with them before previously, but i think that due to some of the crowd around me rather than the band! i think they where a little rusty and caleb mentioned a few times how he was out of tune and how difficult it was playing so many songs, probably expected at the start of a new tour!
while the setlist was brilliant, i do think they cud have left some of OBTN tracks off it, the only 2 that wernt played where 17 and be somebody! wudnt have minded knocked up, milk, slow night so long!
but obvs thats just my personal preference,
i think they really loved playing the venue, and i noticed nathan has already said it was "the most memorable show of my career"
all in all a great show and the videos of it should be pretty amazing

Any audio bootlegs floating about of this? I was there and it was fucking immense! Got a few videos, but not great quality, waiting on my mates to get me the ones they took.

Yesterday I was like: OMG, CHARMER! OMG, COLD DESERT! OMG, TRANI! OMG, HAPPY ALONE!
It is the best setlist EVER. I hope they'll keep on playing songs from all over 5albums on their gigs!

Do you think they are gonna move on with that setlist now in European or even a whole summer tour or it was only for Slane Festival?
