The tour tix were by Ticketmaster, for sure. Doesnt LiveNation mostly do festivals? I bought my Julian Casablancas club ticket from LN. And Arctic Monkeys in STL, I think. I only get LiveNation updates for STL shows.... I don't know why. LiveNation is also the group that sells KOL merch. I've amped myself up so much, I now have a headache.

Ugh, they are all in bed together. Ok, Jen, we'll have to get in touch before the 30th. For coordination purposes. I am going to sleep. This is kind of fun to look forward to now!

I went to pidgeon gate and probly got there about an hour and a half early and the line was still very small. I ended up on the front row. But I have a feeling this one will be a little larger since the tickets that dont get taken will be $10. Ill be there as early as possible. And if the Keys are opening.....fuck that would be great.

i'm just pissed a bunch of people will be going just because tix are so cheap. it's intent is for a make up show to the people who got a shitty deal at the first concert not so a bunch of people can cash in on a cheap show.

Are they giving people who originally had tickets a chance to get them first (before the people buying $10 tix) or is it just first come first served? [just curious haha]

everyone who purchased tickets have a chance to get their original seats back, if they dont want them ticketmaster is putting them up for sale on the 28th for $10.

Waaa! I can't see them going on without an opening band, but hey, there's a first for everything. We'll have to wait and see.

I was there at PigeonGate in line next to Carrie and Svenia *waves* (it's ashley)... I will be there again...Waiting all day...again... Still waiting for my tix to arrive in the mail.
Man, I was hoping for the Keys... they will definitely have an opener and if not, end early. They'll never play that long...
I'm wondering who actually put this deal together. I bet it's the management. They are prolly thinkin about the new album coming out the next month and not wanting to lose some $$... It would be cool if it was the bands idea though...

I hate two openers too. I wish Jessie would open for them, lol. She was so good live! I can't get over it

I hate two openers too, as I get far too anxious. I'm like, "I just wanna fucking see the band I came to see, dammit!"
Unless the two openers are really good.

the whigs tweeted the other day that they have a new show on the 25th in st louis. so im really hoping they just stick to one opener. i saw the whigs in indy and they were alright, nothing extraordinary. disappointed the keys wont be opening they are stellar live. i plan on getting there fairly early. last time i was there bout when the gates for the parking lot opened and i had front row. the p-lot opened at 530 doors at 630 show at 7ish. i believe it will be the exact same thing. if you look online for tickets all the reserved seats are sold out so i think its gonna be a helluva night.
