What has been your favourite live KOL show and why??? Right now I have to say Paris, and though Dublin in Dec comes close, the Night in Paris the crowd around me were so amazing and into it, I spent the whole nite rocking out, I was right at the barrier, I got a drag of Matts cig, the boys were all in flying form!! It was just amazing I learned a valuable lesson too.....MUST BE AT BARRIER!!! Whats urs? ?

I was at MSG, but I would still have to say my favorite show was my first one in Minneapolis in 2007. They were not quite as popular yet, so the show at First Avenue wasn't so huge and I was about 10 feet away from Matt. I waited so long to get to see them and didn't think it was really going to happen until I saw them walk on stage. I suspect seeing them walk on stage in person for the very first time would be hard to top for many of us. MBT

I only have seen them once in their own show, last weekend in Amsterdam, and two festivals. So I go for Amsterdam with Rock Werchter 2008 as second and third Rock Werchter 2007

2005 in Chicago. It was before BOTT came out so they played all my favorites...Trani, Happy Alone, etc. I started spazzing out so hard at the end of Trani that the girl next to me looked at me and then clutched her purse really tight to her body. I think I scared her. And we were able to walk right up to the front.....that was nice!
The sad part about it was that my dad died just two weeks earlier. But it was nice to just have fun for an hour or so and forget about things for a while.

I want to say Brixton cos it was my first and the setlist was good but i think I'm going to have to say - Brighton 2008, just purely because it's the most amazing gig I have ever experienced and probably will ever experience. You can't top 2 hours of the Kings! but I also want to say Paris for the atmosphere. I hope one day I get to experience a HA meet up like that again, and the top moods from the guys. It rubbed off on me and I had a blast

Weirdly, I think my favourite gig of theirs was Brighton December 2008. The setlist was to die for, the atmosphere was amazing, and personally I think I just enjoyed it the most.
Perhaps I enjoyed it so much because I really didn't expect it to be that fantastic and was pleasantly surprised. Irish gigs are generally always amazing though, and the London Hammersmith Apollo gig I went to in 2007 blew me away because they were like a totally different band to the band I'd last seen in 2005.

For me, it was their Aug 2005 gig at the 9:30 Club, with Secret Machines supporting. Was my first time seeing them live, must have been about 600 people there that night. Remember they played with SO much energy, nearly blew the roof off the place!! I was instantly hooked.
A close second would be seeing them at Lolla in 2007, when Eddie Vedder came onstage for SNSL. What a surprise!! At that point we all went completely mental!!

When i saw the guys at wembley arena on 22nd december 2008 eventhough they came on at 9pm it was really worth it it....number 1 when they came onstage, ALL of them looked hawt...then they played Use Somebody, my favorite songs they played was 'Pistol Of Fire/ Cold Dessert/Mcfearless/Revelry/Razz/Sex On Fire/Charmer'. loved when they went off 4 their break, the guys were waving nd i waved at Matthew nd Caleb me nd the audience kept calling their name...i kept saying 'Matthew, Caleb, Kings Of Leon, KOL' then they came bk on that night was amazing , loved every minute of it, i brought 3 posters nd they're keyring/bottle opener. by the end of the night my feet were killing but i didnt care when i came out of the arena i couldn't stop talking

wow, just listening to all the stories makes me yearn for a KOL gig...gotta wait till MAY!
well, my favorite gig...it's a tie between the San Diego and the LA shows in October of last year. We were up at the front both times and the San Diego show was amazing because of how many of my favorite people were with me...
But the boys were top-notch in LA! That was the day they filmed the Use Somebody video, their set list was the longest I've seen, it was just amazing!
I have a feeling that my all-time favorite is yet to come (*ahem* Arizona *ahem*) hehe
